Brian Rubenstein

Brian is the founder of Counterview Capital, with over two decades of experience analyzing, advising, and investing in private and public companies.  He was previously General Partner at Wheatley Partners, a technology-focused venture capital firm.  Brian currently serves or has served on the boards of several companies, including DraftKings, Roadster, Splash Sports, Rithmm, ScreenMeet, and Seaber.  He also led Counterview’s investment in, and is an advisor to, Aura Vision. Brian received his BA from the University of Pennsylvania.

Evan Burnstein

Evan was previously the founder and CEO of Wilbey, the largest event discovery and curation platform on the web.  Prior to Wilbey, he represented and advised corporate clients as an intellectual property and technology attorney at Skadden Arps.  Evan currently serves or has served on the boards of Shabodi, Multitude Insights, AgileRL, Tumoni, AIRIA, Bild, Memgraph, and Wappier.  He also led Counterview’s investment in, and is an advisor to, Gensyn. Evan has a BA from Duke University and a JD from Harvard Law School.
